When you shop with www.kuffertkompagniet.dk, agreements are made in Danish.

PRICES
All prices include 25% VAT (on the order confirmation) and other taxes. Prices are current prices and in Danish kroner.
The prices are only valid within the borders of Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Any trade with foreign countries, both within and outside the EU, takes place only after prior agreement. The freight abroad depends on where the goods are to be sent and is agreed upon from time to time.
Reservations are made for printing errors, tax and currency changes.

There is no payment fee when paying at www.kuffertkompagniet.dk.
If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and therefore only Shopify Payments can read it. Neither www.kuffertkompagniet.dk nor others have the ability to read the data.
The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from www.kuffertkompagniet.dk. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

FREIGHT
There is a charge for shipping your item. The shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the item.

Kuffert Kompagniet uses GLS Danmark as its carrier. GLS distributes packages to businesses in Denmark, Europe and beyond Europe's borders. GLS delivers to private individuals via a nationwide network of Parcel Shops. If you would like a different delivery method, please inform us by telephone.
DELIVERY
kuffertkompagniet.dk typically delivers within 1-3 business days, however, the delivery time for special spare parts and products may be longer.
Reservations are made for sold-out items and delayed delivery times at Kuffertkompagniet.dk.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
As a customer at www.kuffertkompagniet.dk, you of course have the right to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the product was sold. The right to complain is valid for 24 months and includes manufacturing and material defects.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Therefore, be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
If it is a complaint, please send complete information with a description of the error to facilitate the processing. Attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation and your contact information.
As a consumer, you have a two-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse you for your costs.
We recommend that you use GLS when returning the item and that the item is sent as parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package in GLS's system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Kuffert Kompagniet. The item can also be delivered directly to Kuffert Kompagniet, Bakkegårdsvej 406, 3050 Humlebæk or our other address, Copenhagen Luggage, Vesterbrogade 6D 1620 Copenhagen V.
Any refund of amounts will be made by bank transfer to the customer listed on the invoice.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION - 14 day cancellation period

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN ONLY BE EXERCISED IF THE GOODS ARE RETURNED IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME CONDITION AND QUANTITY. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WILL VOID IF YOU USE THE GOODS IN A WAY THAT OBVIOUSLY REDUCES THE SALES VALUE OF THE GOODS.

IF YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE GOODS, WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS - AND YOU WILL BE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT. THE MONEY WILL BE DEPOSITED AS A CREDIT IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US, AND YOU MUST CONTACT US TO INDICATE AN ACCOUNT TO WHICH WE CAN TRANSFER THE AMOUNT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE ARE INFORMED OF YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER AND ACCOUNT NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER THE MONEY TO YOU.
