Price Guarantee

kuffertkompagniet.dk always strives to offer our customers the best prices on our entire range. Therefore, we provide our Price Guarantee. If, within 14 days of your order, you find a cheaper offer for the same product, we will refund the price difference.

The following conditions apply to our Price Guarantee:

• You must have made your purchase with us before you can use our Price Guarantee.
• The product must be identical (same version, size, color, material, equipment, etc.).
• The purchase must not be older than 14 days.
• The Price Guarantee applies only to products offered online. Products sold in physical stores are not covered by the Price Guarantee.
• The price difference to be refunded must be at least 2 euro. The difference must not be due to discounts, vouchers, sales offers, or other advertising campaigns.
• The company offering the cheaper product must have its headquarters in Denmark.
• The cheaper offer must not come from an online auction (e.g., eBay) or a shopping club.
• The product must be available and deliverable within 3 days. Any additional costs such as shipping and taxes will be considered. The total order costs must be the same.
• The Price Guarantee can only be used once per product. If you order multiple units of the same product or in larger quantities, the Price Guarantee can only be used once at a time.

To use our Price Guarantee, you should send documentation of the cheaper offer via email (link or image) to info@kuffertkompagniet.dk. We will then review the offer and refund the difference if it meets the conditions. The use of the Price Guarantee excludes other discounts, such as promotional coupons.
